Summary:
With the rapid development of artificial intelligence (AI), big data, and advanced computing technologies, the deep integration of AI and control science is driving profound changes in control theory, methodologies, and technologies. Traditional control paradigms centered on physics-based mechanistic models are evolving toward intelligent control paradigms that integrate model-driven, data-driven, and knowledge-driven approaches, providing new foundations for the perception, modeling, decision-making, optimization, and autonomous control of complex dynamical systems. This special session, entitled “Intelligent Control and Artificial Intelligence: Interdisciplinary Integration and Frontier Exploration,” focuses on cutting-edge theories, methodologies, and applications in intelligent control and AI. Topics include data-driven control, reinforcement learning for control, machine learning and system identification, intelligent optimization and decision-making, large language models for control, autonomous control and robotics, and intelligent control of complex systems. The session aims to explore key scientific questions and technical challenges arising from the integration of AI technologies with control theory.
随着人工智能、大数据与先进计算技术的快速发展,人工智能与控制科学的深度交叉正推动控制理论、方法与技术体系发生深刻变革。传统以机理模型为核心的控制范式正逐步向模型驱动、数据驱动与知识驱动相融合的新型智能控制范式演进,为复杂动态系统的感知、建模、决策、优化与自主控制提供了新的理论基础与技术路径。本专题以“智能控制与人工智能:交叉融合与前沿探索”为主题,聚焦智能控制与人工智能领域的前沿理论、关键方法及应用进展,重点关注数据驱动控制、强化学习与控制、机器学习与系统辨识、智能优化与决策、大模型与控制、自主控制与机器人、复杂系统智能控制等研究方向,深入探讨人工智能技术与控制理论深度融合所面临的关键科学问题与技术挑战。
