Remote presentation is possible for participants who are unable to physically present at the conference. You can live stream your speech via our conference designated online meeting application, Webex Meeting.
How will the online presentation work?
We will send a meeting invitation for virtual presenters to deliver their speech via Webex meeting, a paid Webex meeting account is not required for virtual presenters.
We will project the meeting page on screen in the meeting room, and the screen will be divided into two parts, one part is the content you are sharing, which is on a larger scale, another part is the live stream of you.
